The Holy Family community welcomes you to this Parish.
Holy Family Church is located on the corner of Palmerston and Mooney Streets. It was built on this site in 1960 by Kern Brothers.
It was opened and blessed on July 17th 1960 and dedicated to the Holy Family as many young families resided in this area. This building is now the parish centre.
The current red brick Church which now stands on this land was built in 1975; officially blessed and opened by Bishop Faulkner. It features The Dove and Peace symbol and many of the symbols found in the church were transferred from the original Holy Family Church.
