Overview

A Catholic school for boys and girls from Prep to Year 6.

History

The school was originally established in 1952 as a Christian Brothers school called St John Fisher's College.

In 1988, the Marian Catholic School was formed by joining a number of inner-city Catholic primary schools together - St John Fisher’s College, St Margaret Mary’s Primary School, Holy Family School and in 1995, St Mary’s School West End.

Today, Marian Catholic School is a Catholic co-educational primary school with two stream classes from Prep to Year 6.

Our 350 students are supported by our parish church - the Holy Family Catholic Parish.

Location

Marian Catholic School is located on the corner of Corcoran St and Hugh St.  Hugh St is on the main route into the CBD in the leafy inner-city suburb of Currajong, their Outside Hours Care also located on the same campus.
